Karl graduated with a Bachelor of Theology from Grace Christian University in 2001 and his MA in Christian Ministry from Liberty University in 2020. Jennifer earned a Biblical Studies certificate from Word of Life Bible Institute in 2000. She completed her Marriage Coaching certification from Light University in 2019 and is currently working on a certification in healthy sexuality.

Karl began journeying with MCMD in 2019, after pastoring a church for over 18 years. Joining MCMD was a result of Scott Rolff living out the philosophy and values of this ministry as he journeyed with Karl.

By God’s grace, Karl and Jennifer celebrated their 17th year of marriage in 2021. Their passion and vision is being reshaped and refocused to journey with ministry leaders and their spouses through vulnerability of their own brokenness, recovery, and restoration.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction...But that was to make us rely not on ourselves but on God who raises the dead. He delivered us...and will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will deliver us again” (2 Cor. 1:3-4, 9-10).
